A reality TV project has recently announced its popular demand for applications to live on planet Mars. With almost 80,000 applicants, the Mars One project is currently targeting the establishment of a human settlement on Mars by 2023. With the whole project being televised, successful candidates must undergo seven years of training after a two year selection process before being able to leave planet Earth!
