With the major re-vitalization of the waterfront in central Perth, the building in which Visit WA Online and Motive Tours are housed will become a waterfront location available for public use in mid-2015.
The BGC Centre (where our offices are located on the Mezzanine Floor), is built on the Esplanade which will become the closest roadway to the new Elizabeth Quay.
The $2.6 Billion Elizabeth Quay waterfront project which is planned and financed by the Government of Western Australia will bring the Swan River to the foot of buildings along The Esplanade between William Street and Barrack Street including the BGC Centre.
Whether entering the area for work or leisure, the new Quay will offer visitors an exciting addition to the City’s Southern edge.
