Another exciting announcement for WA has been made, with the approval from the WA government to allow the use of personal transporters or “Segways” in the state. Predicted to be a great boost for tourism, the approval was specifically given for limited use to commercial tour operators, with a number of strict conditions. Western Australia is the second state/territory after Tasmania, to allow the use of Segways for tour operators.
